How it started
How it works
The idea for PlanaCan started with a grow, and a problem. The grow was successful.
The cultivation grew fast. They added another building, hire more employees, and had more harvests to manage.
That’s when the growing pains hit. New hires missed waterings, didn’t understand the specific procedure for skirting plants. Managers couldn’t stay organized with all the new work to schedule. Over time, stress and frustration went up, and plant yields went down.
Enter the development for PlanaCan. The grow reached out to us, and over a year and a half we collaborated with them, diving into how their cultivation operated, and where they needed help. Through a lot of trial and error, pain, and communication, we forged a solution to their issues.
Today, the grow is one of the top ten producers in Oregon, yielding over 3 pounds per light. Their entire cultivation scheduling system is run on PlanaCan, and they couldn’t be happier.
